Water Pollution Control Authority
The Water Pollution Control Authority is a seven member commission appointed by the Town Council.  Members serve a four year term and may be reappointed for successive terms.

The Authority is responsible for reviewing and approving sanitary sewer connections and expansions, and for assessing future needs of the sewer system.  The Authority also levies assessments of benefits for any new connections or expansions that result in increased benefit from the sewer system.

The Water Pollution Control Authority normally meets in the Town Council Chambers  at 7:30 PM on the second and fourth Wednesdays of each month.
