The Zoning Board of Appeals consists of five (5) members and three (3) alternates elected pursunat to section 203 of the Town Charter.


The Zoning Board of Appeals considers variances and special exceptions to the zoning regulations.  They also consider appeals of the decision of the Zoning Enforcement Officer
