The Engineering Division is responsible for the review of all proposed developments to determine compliance with design standards and to analyze effects on existing streets, storm drainage, sanitary sewers, and other Town infrastructure. The Division inspects construction of items that will become part of the Town's infrastructure. The Division provides in-house design services for roads, storm drainage, sanitary sewers, sidewalks, recreational facilities, and other infrastructure. Technical and secretarial support is provided to the Water Pollution
Control Authority. The Engineering Division performs inspections and initiates action in response to citizen inquiries regarding traffic controls, drainage system, and road conditions.
