The Information Center at Town Hall can assist you with the following:

Passports
Applications are available at the Information Center as well as Probate Court.  Probate Court (located on the lower level of Town Hall) is open from 12:00 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. to answer any questions you may have. Probate Court only processes new applications and renewals for children.  Adult renewals are handled through a mail-in process only.

Hunting/Fishing Licenses - The Information Center has applications for fishing, hunting and "combination" licenses.  The cost of each for residents of the State are as follows:  Fishing $20; Hunting $14; Fishing and Hunting $28.  Please contact the Information Center at 652-7710 or the Town Clerk's office for non-resident fees.  Senior Citizens (65 and over) Free life-time fishing license.  The requirement for a free hunting license is proof of a prior hunting license (5 year window).  Hunting guides are available at the Information Center and the Town Clerk's office.  For additional information please contact the Department of Environmental Protection at www.dep.state.ct.us

Engineering Street Maps:  Updated maps are issued quarterly for your convenience and may be purchased at the Information Center for $5.00 each.

Permits - For the convenience of our residents, the transfer station passes may be purchased from the following locations:  Town Hall Information Center, Engineering Department (located on the 3rd level of Town Hall), Transfer Station ( New London Turnpike) and Bulky Waste (Tryon Street).  Required:  Driver's license, car registration, or tax receipt.

RECREATIONAL PASSES
Pool Pass/Skate Park/Open Gym - Passes are seasonal and are available at the Information Center as well as Parks & Recreation, New London Turnpike.

Notary Service - We offer Notary Service at the Information Center as well as the Town Clerk's office.  Please use this link to obtain further information from the Town Clerk's office.

Lost and Found - If you have found something on Town property, please feel free to drop it off at the Information Center.  We keep all items collected for 30 days.  If you have lost an item please feel free to give us a call at 652-7710.
