The Building Inspection Department's Office provides the following frequently used forms for your convenience.
These forms can be printed with any color printer, filled out ahead of time and then brought to the Building Inspection Department at the Glastonbury Town Hall. These forms may be downloaded by clicking on the form. The forms are Adobe based and your PC must have Adobe Acrobat to view the form (s). Please note the Building Department requires the pre filled out forms to be in color. Call the Building Department at 860 652-7521 with any questions.
