The Office of Community Development houses the Town's planning, environmental and land use management staff and provides support services to the Town Plan and Zoning Commission, Conservation Commission, Economic Development Commission, Historic District Commission and the Community Beautification Committee.
Land use proposals submitted to this department (with a documentation form and the required supplementary plans) are first reviewed administratively and then reviewed/approved by the necessary Commissions.
