Registrar Responsibilities
Responsible for maintaining an accurate list of enrolled voters for all Federal, State and Municipal elections in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut as prescribed by the Secretary of State.
Responsible for managing all voting poll locations for Federal, State and Municipal elections with trained Election Officials. Also, Registrars must ensure that the optical scan voting machines are in dependable and precise working order and labeled accurately for Election type and/or Referendum questions.
