Permit and Fee Information:
Permits are required for constructing, modifying, or repairing an on-site septic system, well construction, operating a rooming house, and offering food for sale to the public.
Septic Permits - To install a repair or septic system - $15.00 per $1,000.00 of system cost.
Well Permits - Well installation - $50.00 fee, Well drilling application - $20.00 fee.
Food Service Licensing - fee contingent upon establishment seating capacity & degree of food preparation. See separate Food Service Permits page.
Rooming House Permits - $50.00 annually
Soil Testing Fees - $200.00 per lot, $50.00 per hour for any additional testing.
